This post is not for people that don't get pets. You know if you don't get pets- your houses are probably immaculate. You won't spend hours talking to animals that can't answer back. And you certainly don't email pictures of your cat to people. Personally, I am 100% signed up to be a cat lady. Dogs are pretty cool too, but I just love the feline aloof independence. I work for an animal organisation, live with two crazy cats and follow more than one cat on Twitter. Seriously. But even I have never thought about the possibilities of pet portraits. What do you think? I normally think they're really weird. But then I see something cool, like these 3D felt pet portraits from Mount Royal Mint and start to question my decision. They're like cute, mini, non creepy taxidermy.
